Acceptance of Terms
By using Unlimited TTS (the "Service"), including the free web application at https://unlimitedtts.com and the paid AI Agent API at https://api.unlimitedtts.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Chris Graney-Ward as a product of Toonsoft Ltd.
Web Application
- The web application is provided free of charge on an "as is" basis.
- AI voice synthesis runs entirely in your browser using the webspeech api, WebGPU or WASM. Model files are downloaded and cached locally. No guarantee of availability for any specific browser, device, or operating system.
- Device voices are provided by your operating system and browser. We do not control their availability, quality, or behaviour.
- You may use the web application for personal, educational, or commercial purposes without restriction, subject to the acceptable use section below.
AI Agent API
- The API is a paid, prepaid service. Access requires funding a credit account via Stripe Checkout.
- Your account ID (
x-credit-account) is a bearer token. You are responsible for keeping it secure. Anyone holding your token can spend your balance. - We may suspend or terminate API access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms. Suspended accounts are not entitled to refunds unless required by law.
- API availability, pricing, voice selection, and upstream providers may change without notice. Current terms are always returned by
GET https://api.unlimitedtts.com/docs. - We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The API is provided on a best-effort basis.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive raw card data.
- Credit balances are denominated in micro-USD (1 cent = 10,000 micro-USD). The minimum top-up is $5 USD.
- Credit balances are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Service.
- Failed synthesis requests automatically refund the deducted micro-USD balance to your account.
- Refunds for unused balances may be requested on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful to minors.
- Impersonate individuals or organizations without authorization.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the API or infrastructure.
- Circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without notice.
Liability & Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated audio for any specific purpose.
- Your use of device voices and browser-supplied online voices is subject to the terms and policies of your operating system and browser vendor.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
